Terms of Service

Specific Aims Intelligence provides federal funding intelligence and grant-development advisory services to biomedical, health-tech, and other research-driven companies, offered through a staged engagement model (currently: Funding Passport, Phase I Build, Phase II Autopilot, Federal Extension, and Commercial Capital). Use of the Site — including submitting the fit-review form or booking a consultation — does not by itself create a client engagement. A client engagement begins only upon execution of a separate, signed client services agreement, which will govern the scope, fees, deliverables, and terms of that engagement.

Specific Aims Intelligence provides advisory, strategic, and proposal-development services. We do not guarantee that any application, proposal, or submission will result in a funding award, grant, contract, or any other outcome from a federal agency or other funding body. Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant awarding agency or organization, and are outside our control.

Fees for services are established in the applicable signed client services agreement. The Site does not process payments. Clients are invoiced directly by Specific Aims Intelligence outside of the Site, under the payment terms specified in that agreement.

Site content. All text, graphics, and other content on the Site, excluding information you submit to us, is owned by Specific Aims Intelligence and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Client work product. Ownership of specific aims, proposal drafts, and other materials developed during a client engagement is governed by the applicable client services agreement, not by these Terms.

The Site uses Formspree for form processing and Calendly for scheduling. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specific Aims Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed client services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
